At a loss of voice, through visual persuation.

Assistance I'm at a loss when it comes to my artistic voice, I feel that it is lost from the isolation which seems to be my life as of late. Yes i did start out saying assistance yes, assistance can anyone tell me which direction I should be going well I guess not as the obsession of art speaks to me, finding the right directional path will find me.

Art of Giving

The art of giving is an excellent idea to put a little art in the lives of people whom my have not experienced it before, to seek pleasure of letting art into someone's heart is one of the best gift to give other than love.

A Taste Of A Nightmare

A Taste Of A Nightmare, is a vision of a continuation of the subconscious mind in which to taste a vision of the night through a child's eyes, visions are conjured up with such an essence of emotional innocence and not motivated to cause fear or distress, but to question what does the darkness of night bring. The children fear what they do not know, just as we do as adults. The difference between the two is a child tends to face the fear head on and questions with guidance, where as adults most often use avoidance and denial of fear. Although this is only an individual opinion conquered up in my mind. As a victim of a never ending nightmare it is my creation of visions within art that I can face my fears!

Patrick John Mills Gallery solo Exhibit

The devil within me looks into the hour glass of time and their is a sense of elusive, gluttonous jealousy which is not justifiable. The essence of accomplishment that Patrick John Mills has acquired is justified by the goals he has set for himself, are far surpass the quality of his work and wealth as an individual whom should be held in high esteem both as an artist and the person to which he has become. I see the person in Patrick, that which I would like to see in myself in the future. The future of success is their for me I know, to follow by example is the key, as well as going for what we want and not just waiting for it to happen. Success is not measured in monetary values. Way to go Patrick, I take my hat of to you!

Just a Sample

This is a sample of new works in progress, it will be a series of artists whom have influenced my art in one way or another. Each piece will incorporate portraits and my version of their style of work! Now just because I say they influence my subconscious, doesn't matter how nor why, just an urge I guess to challenge the integrity of their work as well as my own? To feel the emotion of another artists work, by way of producing your own version of it, I find is very over whelming at times, but empowering in a sense of self accomplishment for now if I can mimic their work why can't I do my own no excuse?

The Time Has Come?

The time has come according to the new prophet the world will end on Friday of this week, whether you believe it or not, I say well bring it on, the world is in such a state of callous manipulative and down right idiotic shape of disconnected people. Nothing seems to please people, they are only happy when they are unhappy, so why go on? Life is just like a never ending movie of discontent, you know what the out come is if that movie ever ends, life that's it. It is inevitable everyone's life will end so saith the prophet my be not all at once I believe but time will come when each and everyone will take that overextending dirt nap!

The Inevitable Studio Clean Up!!??***@@!##?

The inevitable studio clean up! I must be the only artist that seems to create a rant like this, well maybe not?
In any event, The mess in my studio is to over whelming, to say the least, but there is one consolation in this matter a bright side if you will. Upon cleanup the discovery of past art work I have completed have come to light, to which no avail , the question remains fixated in my brain, soul and an embodiment of my self awareness is what was and what is my destiny! Such as life you make it what it is and change only what can be changed!

Walking in Someone Else s Shoes

The concept of walking in some else s shoes never appealed to me in the figurative sense, so why would I or anyone else want to literally walk in someone else s?
I suppose if you went without it would be a blessing to do so, but to me it seems that buying used shoes is like buying used underwear.
It should not be dune, for it is like playing host to the miss - fortune of disease!

In The After Glow, Not Finished More To Come! The artists may be basking in the after glow of the meet the artists night for
I Killed The Group Of Seven
, but it seems to be just a preview of what is to become of the emotionally charged group of Artists! A lot of exciting things seem to be happening, the gallery is enlarging, the word is getting out about the group who seem to be rising to the occasion with each & every exhibit, the art blogs are getting a growing success, all is great in the world of art for Patrick John Mills Contemporary Fine Art Gallery! Patrick John Mills is an artist whom is getting a real name for himself as an artists as well as a gallery owner with balls! Needless to say it should be interesting to see how much of an impact this group has on the art community at large, for it is a large under taking charged with emotion and energy. The future is fuelled with such expectations, of great things to come. Truelove of art is in motion with a new generation of artists, will they become or are they all ready the art trend of the future. If and when that happens remains to be seen, moreover it is a must see gallery on everybody's to do list.

After Thought

Here we are another evening of networking and savoring our accomplishments! But the long journey of self awareness is far from over as we create the storyline of visuals not just ment for the viewer. The complex journey of self awareness is stored within and is slowly emerging from these images, portrays the inexcusable betrayal of the innovative way of tapping into the human subconscious. With that in mind, do not try to analysis or questioningly make bias assumptions based on public opinions.

One's Self Portrait

Of One's Self Portrait Here is an update on how this reporter looks after his encounter with the kidnappers last evening. It does seem apparent that Elvis Presley & Buddy Holly are in fact the ones who are holding the group of seven for ransom. According to news reports they are being held against their will in an Art Gallery here in Ottawa. The name has been confirmed they are tied up in Patrick John Mills Contemporary Fine Art Gallery at 286 Hinchey Ave. The demands are as follows, they want everyone in the area of Ottawa Ontario to attend the Exhibit I Killed The Group Of Seven September 15th - October 29th Meet the Artists October 6th 6pm-9pm.

Get err done

Get Err Done, Yes today I'm in a non-productive frame of mind as I enter the studio. How in holly hell do I get anything done in this dam mess. Well they say a messy studio is the sign of a busy, working Artist. Well those whom make judgments are those who can not judge, for passing judgment on the bases of  bias opinion is to me like looking and not seeing, for everyone has faults. Anyway, I now I'm getting carried away and wondering of the topic! I guess the only way to get it done is to do it!! Help! Does anyone have any suggestions? Well here's to work.

The Artist's, All Nighter

The Artist's, All Nighter.
Here I was, tired all day yesterday. But even so, against all odds I did the Artists all nighter.
Just as so many have done before me, the urge to create compelled that unforgettable state of amnesia as I callit the enevidable ensomia. The urge out weigh the risk of health!
Moreover I did have a very productive studio session,
paid for it today, had to do the lazy day thing.
What is the moral of this story, well the answer is in the soul of the true artist, creativity comes first. The hell with everything easy else.

Artist Block

Artist Block, just as it could drive a writer to crackup it could do the same to any type of artist. Think of it as a miss print in the human mind a clean slate as you will. It could last minutes to lord knows how long, but a true artist will not give up for creating is the life line he/she lives by. The physcilogical effect is so great that some have been known to litery go crazy! So if you get Artist block, just ride it through or you will blow your mind. Sit down, go for walk anything to keep your attention away from the problem it will subside.

Neglect or error

Neglect or error, the topic of my own neglect or error.
I finally got my desk top computer working now I can stop procrastination or neglect.
Well anyway I was using my new cell phone to do all my postings etc. Moreover I still need to learn more about the phone, made to many errors. Although now that I think about it as of late I seem to be making more misstakes.

Now that we got that out of the way lets talk about art.

I realize as I look at art from other artists I do not very often see real emotion in their work, It is one thing to be able to recreate objects etc. so that they look exactly like the subject matter. Where has the true passion gone, have we become so commercialized and blinded that we do not know what passion or emotion is anymore?
Well that is a subject of great debate in the world of art. Personnaly if you just go through the motions and just preducing what everyone dictates you to do, thats fine if that is what you want to do, but think are you really enjoying what you are doing? If you are that is great, but I perfer to take that chance of adventure, show raw spontaniuos art of personnal choice. I mean I will do commissions, but the commissions to me is more about the money. Yes the love of creating art is still their, but we allknow the outcome unless we use our quote un quote artistic licence.

Art, when can we call it art without censorship

What is the reason for censorship, when it comes to Art. By using censorship they are stifling Artists, which is nothingness as far as my opinion is a Conservative opinion at best. So it is bestowed upon the artist to play it safe by Staying within the boundaries of censorship, well I say no if we as artists do as we are told rather than do what we want art is then dead no emotional contexts . Now this is my opinion, would like to hear what people think about this topic.

War what is war

War What is war, It is the worlds aggressive reaction, the embodiment of man, yes the embodiment of man, yes the embodiment of man's aggression Aggressive, Aggressive, Aggressive Aggressiveness, that does not nessarally come from anger, but from within, theyy know. Aware of the broken hearted are those whom want peace But as the sacraficial lamb they lay down their lives with no questions or reward except the knowledge that they helped hold the peace, peace, peace The soldiers, soldiers, soldiers Family and friends, unknown lay the one whom sacrificed.... Numbers unknown.
