SUGGESTIONS EXCEPTED FOR OTTAWA
A contradiction of terms, saying painting to con vie a lifetime of art since I do more than just paint...
Then again I have such a mishmash of artwork, making things rather difficult for the general public, let alone the art world to see what the conversation or views I'm trying to say through my art.
Just like walking in someone else s shoes, you never know what direction a piece of art will take you... Moreover just as in a strangers shoes you hope to never walk in a strangers shoes, you do not want to intentionally produce artwork exactly the same all the time or an exact copy of someone else s work, unless you are a forger, ( that is a totally different subject for another time).
As in art, everything and everyone and everything is different...
If only we could all turn back time and be the child artist that is within all of us,
The art world would be a whole different environment all together!
Well painting the city sounds very boring in the true sense of the word!
Moreover I find painting outdoors whether in the city limits or out in nature something comes alive within me that is not achievable within the studio, not to say I don't achieve a level of life and awareness within the studio.
The feeling is quite different and the only way to feel that is to experience it, go out and be free of the studio and isolation, by doing so you grow as an artist...
SO COME AND JOIN ME, BRING YOUR STUDIO OUTSIDE AND EXPERIENCE A WHOLE NEW WORLD, BEYOUND THE STUDIO!
